N150U3-L06 is a 15.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from International Display Technology Co., Ltd (hereafter called IDTech), with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of 0 ~ 50°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 60°C . It's general features are summarized by einklcdin the following: Antiglare Surface, Wide Viewing Angle, Landscape type . Based on its features, einklcd recommend that this model be applied to Laptop etc. According to the information stored in einklcd this model mass production on Q1, 2004, Now this model is discontinued. We inputted this model's specification on Aug 28 2012 for the first time, and the latest update on Nov 19 2014.
